The townhouse I have rented for the past 4 years will be available for rent this summer for a 12 month lease. The townhouse is about 0.7 miles from campus (at Points Place) and it's easily walkable and bikeable. It has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths: a master bedroom with its own bathroom and two smaller rooms that share a bathroom, and also a half bath downstairs. The rent is about $1,150. Water and trash pickup are included in rent. The three bedrooms are upstairs. Washer and dryer provided. Dishwasher and garbage disposal in the kitchen. The kitchen is very spacious, as is the dining room and living room. The townhouse has a backyard with a nice little patio and you will enjoy the leftovers of my garden. There is plenty of parking and also an attic that's great for storage. The landlords are an extremely sweet couple that travels a lot, but are very responsive. There's also a pool and tennis court included in the townhouse complex.
